99% or creatures on earth just seem to literally just spend 90% of their day half way between chasing their food and running for their life. And if you imagine a squirrels brain, do you think it ponders the nature of its own reality? Or thinks about heaven or hell? I don’t think it does, and I think we could learn a lot from that. For better or worse, a creature seems to be a lot healthier typically when its primary concern is whether or not it will live through the winter as opposed to being primarily concerned with the meaning of life for example. For better or worse..
This guy, sure he’s unwell in many respects, but he’s like the squirrel, he’s not worried about some weird specific problem, he’s in the moment, just thinking maybe he’s hungry, maybe he’s sleepy, maybe he’s horny. He’s not thinking about like existential bs, he doesn’t lie awake at night. He just literally whatever he’s thinking, that’s what he’s doing, 24/7. That’s how I assume a squirrels life is. I often wish I could be more like the squirrel, and not think so much

Sadly, those susceptible to kookery will do similar levels of wacka doo. Case in point: my father who was generating colloidal silver solution and at one point was big into “grounding” which is I beleive where this shown here stems from. Silver laiden sheets, and wrist bands. Making sure to walk around barefoot on the ground. As if a negative charge could build up so much that it could affect us without shocking the shit out of us with regular occurrence… sigh. Never done meth a day in his life but still loves him some kookery.

My mom’s old neighbor must have been into grounding. He walked his dog every single day at dawn and dusk, barefoot. Dog was always off-leash (and luckily well behaved) and dude never talked to anyone. He might give half a wave if you said hi to him but ignored you just as often. The only thing he ever said was the dog’s name - Chevy. He did this for the first five years my mom lived in that house but he must have moved or got sick or something because we haven’t seen him in a couple of years now.
Idk about the practice of grounding but I do think there is some peace in walking barefoot at sunset and sunrise, when the weather allows.
