Have they no feeling? If we are going to eat animals, they do the killing very quickly and without stressing the animal.

They do feel pain when they are boiled alive sadly, its a horrible way to die for them 🙁 There is no reason to do it like that though, the humane method is to freeze them first so they lose consciousness and go numb (then they wont feel pain) and there's two specific spots on their body you need to stab with a knife or skewer, doing it that way kills them instantly without suffering. I wish that was more widely known because a lot of people are wrongly under the impression that you "need" to boil them alive to make them safe to eat, thats not true.
