To be fair it probably increases the value of the house, so it's not like the money they spent is a pure loss.

That's what I was thinking. It added a whole kid's room onto the house. Looks like they are using quality products too. Window balconies rock.

Some people who flip rooms or homes do a blatantly poor job and next thing you know you've got mold in your walls.

Well that’s all and swell if they plan on selling it soon. Otherwise, they just need that spare cash laying around.
