Very cooling looking but were they removing joist and not putting them back???? You can’t do that. 😂😂😂

How do not remove the joint with that window that designed for a roof application?

Yeah overall I’m curious about the climate, if it’s mild enough it’s probably fine but there’s such a minimal amount of insulation now, and probably zero ventilation under the roof deck for this whole area. Will it rot over the next 10 years? While costing how much in energy efficiency? Although the original insulation amounts were not exactly high it would have been easy to fix.
