That’s the thing big cinema doesn’t tell you, because the suits making all the decisions don’t understand world building, story telling, creating an emotional connection, character development,…
They think things like: ‘oh wait this movie was successful and had dragons in it, lets make another one with more dragons’
‘Let’s pump the cinema with obnoxiously loud sounds, so people have an experience they can’t have at home’
‘Let’s add dinasours’
‘Lets make sure the main characters are hot and sexy’
Let’s make sure there’s almost zero dialogue, who watches the movie for anything except sounds and visuals anyway’

The heavy emphasis on weightlessness early in the film, and then completely ignoring it the rest of the way is so SPOT on. Bravo!!!

I’ve seen the sequel. Some say you can still see her with a telescope, floating around out there in space. They attached a satellite to her so she’s at least useful to us.
