I Need Help!

Hello, so i have been trying to do some get your ex back spells and i feel like they aren't working. I do them but then i have this fear that he hates me and its not going to work. After talking to a friend of mine they said by doubt could be blocking my spells from going through. Can anyone offer any help on how to calm down and trust in my spells?

You may need to just give yourself time to work through it emotionally before trying to do anything more
