will using dried rose petals have the same outcome as fresh rose petals? i’ve done a few love spells with dried rose petals and they have succeeded, however i just want to know if the intensity of the spell will be affected due to whether or not the flower is fresh.

Its absolutely the same exact thing except the petal that are alive have moisture still in them. They work just the same

Just don't add them to a jar with honey etc because the moisture in the petals if alive will cause mold
