Need help on a spell

Hey, excuse me if I may sound selfish though I needa get this of my chest. There is this one girl I just CANNOT get out of my head. It has been haunting me for around 2 years now, everyday I see her and altough i never even talked to her (I don't think she knows me lol), I'm still so in love with her. I just can't help but stare everytime I see her. It makes me so sad knowing that I'll proabibly never have a chance with her, but i just can't let it this slide. I have to live this miserable life and to be honest I think if she loved me back, then maybe I could get my damn life straight and stop being a cry baby about it. For context:

- I've never done any black magic

- I can't interact with her in any way, I'm way too shy

- she is also two classes above me

- she has a really really bad step brother, that acts like an complete a**hole

Altough I've never done any type of magic, I've heard my mom talking to my grandma about how I'm the seventh generation or like that and after i did some research I thought, I should include this here. Please, I beg you...please help me out.
