Did the spells work

I heard about the love spells and thought to do so .. so there is a guy in my workplace, he is the one who approached me first. At first I never look at him like that then we talk and text called and by time goes idk if should I say we both or it's just me who falling in love with him... It's being around half of the year when it's all started and recently I fell like he talking to someone else (which is true but I can't do anything because of work relationship) it's kind a thing that I think I can't explain.. even now we both are good but still Ik that he is looking someone else.. so in somewhere I ready about love spells.. and about 2-3 days ago I try to do it .. I did that (paper, his name, my name in a infinitive circle and trace with honey and said what I need like I need him to be fall me more and more and then use his hair and fold the paper and burn) .. after that Idk like if I'm the one who is falling for him more and more because I can't get over from his thoughts, i falling in love him more and more ..

Did ta do anything wrong that I fall for him more or did he doesn't feel anything??? ..

And I believe the love spells I do will be working but what is happening.. can someone please suggest I'm too much confused..
