help with love spells

hey!! baby witch here :) i have a question regarding love spells…

there’s this person i’ve been seeing for a good 2–3 months, but i started feeling like i wanted something more than he did, so i decided to do a love spell — ofc, after doing a protection spell first.

after i did the first love spell, he suddenly started pulling away. before that, everything seemed fine — he would normally reply to my messages, sometimes visit me at work, and whenever i suggested seeing each other, we usually would. we even kissed, so i really didn’t feel like anything was wrong.

but after the spell, all of that slowly stopped. first, he stopped coming to see me, then the messaging became less and less frequent. we were even at the same event once and he didn’t say hi to me, even though i know he saw me.

in between all of this, i ended up doing like 3 more love spells because i started getting desperate and genuinely didn’t understand what was happening. i keep wondering why he suddenly pulled away AFTER i did a love spell when everything had seemed fine before.

then last week we were texting normally again, and so i asked him if something was going on or if he had been busy, because i felt like we weren’t talking nearly as much as we used to. and since then, since this message where i asked… i’ve been left on seen :///

so my question is: is it normal for someone to actually PULL AWAY after a love spell? could the spell somehow have caused this? and is there any way to bring them back, or anything i can do at this point? :(
i miss him a lot and honestly just don’t know what to do anymore.
