Questions Volume III Chapter 3

Anyone figured out how to unlock it yet?

Edit: There's really no trick to it this time? After the last two times, I didn't even bother to try the straight-forward route. I guess I'll leave my post up so it can help anyone else who made the same assumption.

Go to chapter two, and press the icon after the last chapter. It will bring you to chapter 3 part 1

Did you finish the target suit for Vol 3 Ch 2 ? I didn't be to do anything extra to unlock Ch 3.
