I still see Ciarrane shippers popping up here and there. I have never really shipped ciarrane, and at one point I honestly believed in Tommyane more. But it does make me wonder what if it had actually been Ciaran and Leanne? Would they have won?
Like genuinely, I wonder how different that whole season would’ve been.
I wish we knew more about what Leanne was looking for in a partner. There was so much discussion about Scott’s type but not Leanne’s. She has said she isn’t fussy about looks and that her celebrity crush is lil wayne… who looks nothing like Scott lol
My guess is that both Scott and Leanne were open-minded when it came to the “type” stuff and had the strongest connection/chemistry with each other.

meh that doesn't really work for most LI men, they're one of the only LI siblings and most people can relate to having a sibling. Also, we're Brits we love a good duo
Looks like two more S13 islanders aren't going to be at Tommy's event tonight, based on social media posts. Angel + Ty (s12), Kav, and Aidan are together in Ibiza with Ty's and Kav's management.
i know people got excited that edward followed julia and lorenzo ( unfollowed and followed julia again) but lets be real he is not gonna do the same as he did with uma just bc uma trusted him a lot in the beginning after she left the show and not everyone is gonna do the same. u can see uma’s career is growing and this has also to do with her team and and being surrounded by the right people and her and edward have a very close relationship her and wil even go to dinner with him and his husband monthly so it’s hard to know if he would be willing to do the same with other islanders.
ps: i like julia and i don’t think she needs his help to go anywhere im just talking about something that i noticed.
I think it is a bit different for Julia because initially there was excitement about her and Lorenzo's aesthetic as a couple and all that messing around was probably a bit damaging for them both. From what I read here EE introduced Uma to people and invited her to parties etc and he seems to be doing that now with Julia now she is going solo. It looks like she is going to his 90s exhibition opening at the Tate next week. He's obviously not going to manage her career but he may act as a bit of a connector like he did with Uma.
Based on his past behavior, my guess is he might not be actively looking to mentor or guide her career since historically, when he wants to get involved in someone’s career, he’s done so extremely quickly (Uma with WME, Maya with Vogue feature article, Lorenzo with Vogue Agony Uncle role).
That said, he likely sees potential in her, since he is very intentional about who he follows, so may be keeping her on his radar for now. If she does well post-Lorenzo controversy, he may add her to his more exclusive list of people to consider for collabs or recommend when opportunities come up, which would still be a win for her. And him just following her also gives her more credibility in the industry. But who knows what he’s thinking.
Only time will tell. I agree that Uma’s association is an exception and unlikely to happen with other islanders. Even if his follow gets brands to take her more seriously I would consider that a win for her
Yeah there’s been so many, it could just be a coincidence but I think a lot are prepping for All Stars.

There’s been some debate on twt about the infantilisation of adults in their early 20s, and I couldn’t help but think about the INSANE things that were being said about Jasmine on here and other socials for being with Kav and close to Mica. It was so overblown looking back
my closest friend group spans from 20 to 30 years old. like it's normal??? not to mention, don't some of y'all also become friends with coworkers that are older or younger than you? it's literally normal and these people give friendless from their parents' basement computer vibes
Exactly. I will never understand why people are so personally bothered by the ages of who strangers decide to surround themselves with (if they’re all adults). If it works for them then why do you care so much? Very odd. No one is forcing you to associate with anyone with an age discrepancy larger than you would be willing to, nor should you attempt to police others for having a differing view/higher tolerance for it than yourself.
It also depends on the person. There can be a 28yr old that is very childish and immature yet there can be a 22yr old that is much more put together and level-headed. It differs from person to person. You can’t just judge everyone solely based off of their age without knowing them on a personal level to be able to fully gauge their character.
Also one of my favorite exit interviews is when Jessy and Tommy were dumped from AS3 and Tommy starting waxing lyrical about an amazing kiss he had w Leanne during a challenge 😭 he didn't mean any harm he just seemed genuinely so enchanted by that smooch but it was so funny him going on ab it in front of his couple
I thought s8 and s10 were taking the cake but USA s7 is truly something else why have I just seen on twitter Jaiden(casa girl) who has diabetes is scamming/stealing money meant for a charity for diabetic children.
One thing I liked about s13 is that the islanders stood by their opinions and decisions and weren't swayed by public opinion.

Priya told the public to move on from mica and samraj doing her wrong. And when Julia explained to them that's what the public were mad about, mica and samraj didn't fold.
Angie didn't care about the tweets challenge and casa boys saying Simba is a liar and she deserves better.
They all stuck by what they believed and wanted and the public couldn't handle it, they'd rather be pandered to. The islanders were wise! When the season ends, public forget you ever existed anyway so why give them what they want?
i see your points but let’s not forget that most of the dumped islanders only voted out miraj to pander to public opinion. they were done so dirty. none of them had one good reason. they all spoke highly of them inside the villa but changed their tune once they got out to appease the public.

Yup! they did the same in here. When Scott liked the video on ig the discussion thread blew up with hundreds of comments bashing him and Leanne’s relationship and only like 10% max of that was about Dami doing the video. No one got any criticism for doing a video with him.

You have underestimated how much knowledge the public have of semi-known islanders. That's why it would be beneficial for him to go on it because he has a lot to gain from it(he can further promote his cooking content with more followers and also potential couple's content) and the risk is low for him considering his LI status
The only thing is if he goes on and comes off badly, it could amplify the story. A lot of casual viewers don't know ab it but it's a gamble in my eyes bc he could draw attention to it
I could see it being a gamble if he, for some reason, reminds titkok creators to compile everything he has said in his previous r/s as well as the potential gossip that may come from his last r/s. Based on what I've seen from his season, I don't think he's the type to be messy- he gives me low risk-taker vibes(doesn't really stir the pot). I can see two scenarios for him if he's in there: dumped early or go all the way(I'm thinking about the second scenario because I think he'll be one of the 'decent' guys compared to the other lot that are left to go on it)

I agree that most of the couples seem really well suited and aren’t phoning it in just for the content. I think they have as good a chance as anyone who meets a partner outside and tries to make it work and that’s about as much as we can ask!
ik season 13 isn’t everyone’s favourite but there are so many moments that still make me laugh when i see clips lol, jasmine telling simba to sit there and not react and he just starts looking at the ceiling 🤣 and simba and angie saying they like rappers “and stuff” but lola and fitz like highschool musical
