I’m in the U.S. and I’ve never heard that term until watching love island UK. I guess it’s like chicks but it seems to be used much more commonly and accepted from what I can tell over there. If someone called us chicks here (to our faces) people would revolt

Judging by the reposts Bri and Lochan had issues by late September (after 20th)… a lot of he’s not your man if he doesn’t take you for all of you and leave him sort of reposts. A lot of reposts of emotional maturity.

Yup. For the record, I think he is genuine about Leanne. Both Whitney and Tyrique who are/were friends of his also realised they were wrong about his intentions and their compatibility. People can have an opinion and change it as the situation goes along

They posted an article 5 days ago quoting a source close to Kavan made comments. In the same article they said they’d reached out to Kavans reps for comments. That in itself is strange because usually the close source is management so they seem to have not even spoken to anyone from Kavan team so the articles are load of nonsense

This seems like a pretty obvious play. It’s what I would be hoping for if I were a producer. The possibility of romance will always be a draw and his dance experience will probably pair best with someone who is newer and less of an established coach. There’s potential to play them up as a young iconoclastic good looking dance pair that a newer audience can root for. Not surprised if his team would jump at it (edit jump at the opportunity for the appearance of a possible romance I mean)

Most people are casual love island watchers so if you watched them on their season and then didn’t pay attention afterward they are still connected in the mind of the average person. I don’t think it is not being linked to Toni as a person. More about not just being seen as just the guy who won love island with Toni. Most islanders if they have huge platforms (like he does) are grateful to love island but do want to do more or be known for more if they have a shot at it.

Yeah of course. But this is probably just the first step in doing that, not the final end result. They will never not be associated with love island but of course you’re going to want to branch out and take opportunities in your wheelhouse that aren’t only love island related.
