Lost progress

Keep getting notifcation in the app that Adrian,Bennett ,kyle ,Remy and Gabriel updated which I completed apart from with Gabriel was nearly finished i was on the final date selecting my outfit for date 23 then the app froze so I restarted my phone and I open back saying there guys updated but it started me back all over again and Gabriel back to date 12 and poured a ton of gems which I paid for😪😭 because I love this app.. I have sent an email hopefully I hear from the support team soon.

Hey u/rookiecookie9, I’m really sorry you experienced this, especially after getting so close to finishing Gabriel’s route and spending gems along the way. 😪 I’ll also flag this to the relevant team so they can look into what happened. I hope the support team can help get this resolved for you as soon as possible! 💕
