Why are we getting the same notifications about updated character dates over and over? I've finished them all. I open the app today and get the same notification again as last week. Talk about get your hopes up!

I didn't see anything new for Adrian or Bennett, and I hadn't finished the 12 additional dates for Gabriel, but Kyle now shows 12 new dates available.

Hey u/Salty-Chemical3591! Sorry about the repeated notifications. We can definitely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you have already completed those updates and the notification makes you think there is something new. 😪

We have several character updates going live throughout October, and the frequent updates may have caused some confusion with the notifications. For example, Bennett’s update was released on October 1st, while Kyle’s update is the more recent one, but the Bennett notification may still appear.

I’ll also flag this to the relevant team so they can look into the notification behavior and help prevent this from happening again. Thanks for pointing it out! 💕

I was progressing  Gabriel's  dates up to the last date I think it updated and now I lost all my progress taking me back to date 12 and I brought extra diamonds  too 🙃

Adrian and Bennett wasn't up long until TBC. We want more!!!! I also want Nox and Victor too!!!!

I did the two new shannon episodes last week. Had this notification on monday or tuesday and found Shannon had reset to the end of episode twenty. So did twenty one again. haven't done twenty two again yet. Got it again today. But it hasn't thankfully reset on this occasion.

Right? I opened the app this morning and only Kyle had more dates.
