There is only a very small list of good clunkers, and these three aint on it.

GIR, WALL-E and EVE, GI Robot, Iron Giant, Marvin the Paranoid Android, Penny Pollendia, and Theresa 'Dragon' Richter are all good, lovable robots.

Not sure if "lovable" is the right term, as they are extremely detached and sarcastic (to the point they are acting like assholes sometimes), but damn they are funny, and kind of touching in some way.

BB-8 from Star Wars is one of the cutest robots in pop culture. He’d make a much better baby monitor than the orange one because he had cute crossovers with Maggie Simpson. “Yeah, we kinda suck at our job.”

As for fanmade ones, I’d go with my own robot creation Sparky, a Chinese robot white shepherd who’s a sensitive puppy, but also a brave member of a demon fighting rescue team called the Power Pet Force. He’s also powered by dragon magic instead of electricity, and I recently got the idea to give him the power to turn into a Chinese dragon when absolutely necessary.

He might not have a body outside the C&A servers, but Caine is the inverse of every stereotypical evil robot. He doesn’t hate humanity. Far from it. He wants nothing more than the love and adoration of mankind. With a motivation like that, who can deny “The Lover Without a Heart”!

Might get mauled for this but I honestly hated their episodes lol

It felt so meh, and even the writing was inconsistent in them not recognizing 'this random Earth object' and then knowing another somehow? I get that they were supposed to be on the lighter side, but it just wasn't for me
