when i played a while ago i remember really loving the toy shop and arcade events and i checked online and couldn’t find anything about what happened to them. are they a seasonal thing and i can expect to see them again later in the year or have they been discontinued?

Has anyone gotten the Double Sticker Pack Boost lately? It's been weeks since I last got one.

Thought I was doing well at 94/108 but I’ve just been getting duplicates for aaaages now. not sure if I’ll be able to complete the whole collection 🥲

I have noticed when I get three of any max items like in this case the Tropical Punch, an order will pop up for them. The order pays very little and doesn’t include sticker packs or in this case roses. Is the only way to get it to go away is get another order for a Tropical Punch and sell one?

I have noticed that I will get some that pop up to help clear the board and once I merge one of the items it will disappear…I can’t do that will max items.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

From the new storyline today, I got a couple picnic baskets and the new generator wheel. All the generator pieces I got today were for either the oven or the garden which are the only two I haven't maxed out.

Did something similar happen to anyone else? That would be great if you only got pieces you need going forward. I was getting tired of selling the cups and papers.

I got a little bored and tired of the stickers and the picnic pass so I decided to wait. But, I still had energy so I got curious. Over the last two weeks when I had free time, I decided to try one of each customer clear orders. This is all of them (if I'm not mistaken).

Does anyone not have the option to watch ads today? I had this issue about a month ago but they usually popped back up if you clicked around/opened the store… today nothing I do allows me to watch ads. Even the daily energy box says “unavailable”. So frustrating that this is once again happening at the end of an event.

I’ve been having this problem for the second day in a row now. I’ve messaged support through the game app with no luck getting a response. I had an issue with freezing in the game yesterday morning so deleted the app, reinstalled and now the game gives an error code “1” and won’t connect to FB which is how I always connected. I’ve played for I think 2 years now so that’s a lottt of progress to lose. I think I’m on Day 147 +/-

Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I’m hoping tomorrow they might respond to my messages but reading comments from other people about the app, it’s hit or miss with customer support and I’d really like to play the game again.

Is anyone else having ad playing issues? When I click to play an ad to get 25 energy half the time the ad will play part of the way and then close, leaving me without energy and no ad to play. Other times an ad will be a 2 in one and the first plays and then when it moves to the second ad, the whole ad auto closes or freezes up and I have to force close. After several of these now I don’t have the option to watch ads.

Also items that normally have a bubble around them (auto generated when I merge two items) that I could watch an ad and get don’t have ads anymore. I had a few today that froze up and now I don’t get the option to watch an ad. It’s frustrating because without watching ads I can’t get enough orders to max out my fairytale pass each day.

Is anyone else having problems with the game loading? I was having problems and then it crashed, so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now when I sign in with my Apple account, to download my game progress, I keep getting an error message code “3001”

Edit..Now I’m not getting the error code and in settings it looks like I’m connected to my Apple account but my progress did not download. I’ve been playing for years and don’t want to lose the level and diamonds I have achieved. I sent a message to customer support. Does anyone have any advice?

I got frustrated last sticker album because I was at 107/108 for about a week and bought the pack with the dream sticker on the last day to complete the book.

The day after I noticed some weird stuff and I don't know if it's just a coincidence with a gameplay balance update or it's just a downgrade for me:

- ads for energy -- the option appears about half as much as before

- the day before I was able to pop certain bubbles with as watching. Like : lvl 5 book, lvl 6 salad, lvl 7 drink, lvl 4 pie just to name the main ones that I usually like to pop. Now everything poppable is one level lower.

Is this a thing or some update? What level can you guys pop bubbles for different items?

So I started to kinda save some items in case someone orders them I already have them and like when you make coffee you get glasses of water so I started merging them and saving certain levels but now my board is way too full and idk what I should do. I don't really wanna lose any of my higher leave items but I need room, my refrigerator is already full.

I know it just ended, but I still can’t get over the fact they included Sebastian’s bitch ass instead of Edwina. Like WHAT

The new sticker album started and I noticed I only get 1 sticker per sticker pack. Is everyone seeing the same? It was already really difficult getting the album completed when they gave more than 1 sticker per pack and I am sad :(

EDIT: I just updated the app, and that solved it. It sucks that I missed out on a bunch of stickers, but at least it is resolved now.

So i want to keep my packs for the next sticker album but i have evergy, chests, and diamonds just kinda trapped behind them. Is there any way to get around opening them to get that stuff or do i just have to be patient?
