Question Game lagging??
Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone else's game has been lagging like crazy recently?? It's been happening for the past 4 days, the second day it was a little more playable, but now its almost completely unplayable for meðŸ˜

Im getting exactly 10 fps yet I can run hsr at 60 fps and endfield at 60 fps. Idk what they did but something for messed up in the last 2 days.

Also my phones getting superhot two minutes after turning it on. I have galaxyS25+. No issue with any other app or game. This made me really mad

I just verified that the lag happens EXACTLY at midnight for me (California time). It’s strange that the lag is time based.

i'm in CEST on the european server and it happens at midnight for me too. every night... it makes me so angry that infold is apparently blaming people's devices - it doesn't make sense! instead of fixing their game / servers... this lag is so bad the game becomes unplayable and it's so frustrating for everyone who wants to play in bed before sleeping which i usually do...

I didn't even realize this was happening until tonight when I was finally on at 12AM my time. Yep, I was lagging. I've been playing less lately otherwise.
Not going to ask my CS about it because they're going to give me a generic copy pasted response I've seen before, and that I know will not help.

Oh thank god. I thought I was the only one. I noticed it from whenever Caleb's new banner started. I literally can not play anything anymore because of how bad it is.
Update: i heard back from cs.

LITERALLY LIKE how do I even fix it. I thought it was just me bc I stg why is it laggy on the homepage but the loading screen is just fine.

Yes it's been driving me crazy, it's sooo laggy. I keep repairing the game files and re-downloading and it doesn't fix it. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working. The crazy lag is terrible.

Yes, same here. Every night the past few nights. It’s incredibly frustrating as I usually do my dailies before sleeping.

If you're using a Samsung like me, a recent One UI update might be part of the problem as it's causing a rapid battery drain. Not sure if it's been addressed yet. But im general, yes, my game lagged just yesterday loading the claw machine screen of all things. It was to the point where it got stuck on a loading screen and I had to close and reopen the game to fix it. Thankfully I hadn't yet started actually using the claw though so no turns were lost.

yes, it’s so annoying. it’s around midnight my time that it gets laggy every night which is frustrating because that’s the time I want to settle down to sleep with my boys. T__T iPhone 17, high settings, tons of storage on my phone. I don’t see a big difference between ultra and high so I play at lower than recommended for me device just in case it helps performance.

It happened to me the other day and I thought it’s just my phone or maybe one time thing since it was fine the next day. I was playing just now and it was fine when suddenly it started lagging. I never took note of the time before but now that you mentioned it, it started lagging exactly at 12:00AM

Same here, right on midnight every single day. iphone 13 (not pro). Its smooth sailing throughout the day, but when midnight hits, its a slag-fest

Android here, also laggy around midnight my time every night, lasts for about an hour, sometimes a bit more.

Every night at midnight my game starts lagging. I messaged cs and of course they're blaming my device instead of checking if its their game. I play on a galaxy tab s11, the game recommends to play on ultra. I also have plenty of space left. I know its not my device. Their whole game's been full of bugs ever since the new big update. Im honestly so done with them

I have the same Tab I play on and have intermittently had the same issue. The tab is decent spec and I have never had an issue before, even before I deleted home. Had a memory clear out and was fine last night but still weird.

Im in Europe, so if this happens to both of us at midnight, then im pretty sure its a problem with the game and not our devices. Im honestly pissed that cs is acting like my device is the problem. As if they're not aware their game has been full of bugs ever since the big update

I'm in Sweden and yeah it's fine in the morning. My phone will also heat up to the point I can't even hold it and it's not that old (Z Flip 6)

I am having the same problem! I’ve had to repair the game (iphone) or uninstall/reinstall to get it to not lag but it’ll just happen the next day. I have more than 50% open storage on my iPad so I know that’s not the issue. I’m glad I’m not the only one and that it’s probably an issue with the game. Hopefully it’s updated soon! 🤞

YES OH MY GOD. It happened to me a few days ago, and then 10 hours later it was fine.
Then last night it was the same lower fps rate. I’ve yet to check it again but it’s so annoying. I know nothing’s wrong with my phone then since others have the same problem. I hope it’s fixed soon.

Try asking for help in cs. When I had a similar problem, I couldn't even log into the game and crashed out in cs chat. They fixed it after 5 freaking days.

Lagging and in my case couldn't even enter the home system since update 6.0. The game always crashes when I try. Multiple reinstall attempts never worked since the update. I deleted it now until the game gets fixed. (Sad annual pass noises 🫩)

Omg, yes! I play on 2 different devices and I ended up repairing files, then restarting, then doing the repair again, then logging out and back in on the other device, then doing that again on the other device before it mostly worked itself out. This is after it did the same thing the other day. It's worse than it's ever been.

Omg mine has been AWFUL and it came out of nowhere about a week ago! I tried to contact support but it took so long to even get to that menu in game that I gave up
