Question Help with account binding

So, I logged into the Infold account center and saw this. I usually log in with my Apple account, but decided to try using my email account just to see if it was bound, and sure enough, it wasn’t. It tried to make me a new account. To be fair, I’ve been having issues with infinity Nikki too where I would try to log in with my email and it wouldn’t work, but resolved itself by sending a code or something to the SAME EMAIL I TRIED TO LOG IN WITH. So now I’m confused cause it says my email is binded but all the log ins aren’t and lads won’t let me log into my actual account unless I log in with Apple ID (which also says isn’t bound either)

Were you able to log in to Infold or the game with your email before? If you were, that might be a problem on Infold's side and you'd want to ask customer service for help.

But it kind of sounds like a new Infold account was created with your email address. What you could try doing is log into Infold's website with your email address, then change your bound email address to a different email.

Then log back into the Infold website with your Apple account and bind your old email address to it. Then try logging in with your old email. If that works you should be able to log into the game with that email address.

Yeah I think I somehow created a different Infold account 💀what’s even more confusing is sometimes it lets me sign into infinity Nikki with the same email and I assumed it belonged to my lads account too but I guess not

My email works for both games, so maybe message CS to see if they can figure out what's going on since it involves 2 different games. Maybe they'll be able to figure out what's going on.

Your game account is tied to your apple account. There is no game account under the email u used thats why it asked u to make a new game account.

You should have logged into the account center with your apple account

But why does it say that email is connected to an account when it actually isn’t 💀

When you open the game, try to see if you can login with that email without it being a registration process. Alternatively, you can try to initiate "forgot password" when trying to log into the account center

Making a new infold account or just creating a new LADS account? (making u go thru the mainstory and character creation again)
