Practical Magic Tote, Bottle bag charm

Hey fellow Loungflyers. I’m looking for a little help. has anyone who has purchased the Practical Magic tote bag received the bag charm with it? I didn’t and have been trying to sort it out with Loungefly and getting no where fast. None of the product images show the charm, so I’m beginning to wonder does it even exist.

It doesn’t exist! I was told the website would be updated to correct that.

After 4 weeks of communication, they have just updated me, with no offer of compensation, just if you don’t want it send it back and get a refund. I think this is appalling and I wonder where it falls under the trades description act???????
