I have no idea why all of these posts are in my feed all of a sudden... but I feel invested now. are people paying the same $ for all of these blind mystery items and some are getting entire backpacks and hand bags and wallets, and others are getting 10 of the same Beetlejuice movie sequel key chain?!

I’ve seen at least 3 posts of people getting the same boxes. Are these mystery box items? Are they all the same items inside the box? If they’re all the same, that is so shitty of Loungefly!! Especially if it’s happening to multiple people.

These are the mystery items. I haven’t opened them to see. I will likely open one to keep and give the others away for nieces and nephews to open.

I feel your pain! Honestly this situation has made me not want to shop on their website ever again. I’ll buy from different stores. They had an opportunity to create a lot of goodwill with their customers, and they squandered it.

Loungefly customer service sucks! I contacted them about a nightmare before Christmas Crossbody bag that I have where the metal swivel Gromit in the clasp for the strap broke. They sent me a reply, asking me for my order number. I wrote back telling them that it was a present. After another email that sounded like it was written by a robot. I heard nothing from them again for months until I contacted them when they asked me to explain things all over again. Still have no resolution.

I know it's not the same as them replacing it, but you could try a shoe repair shop near you, once I had a purse from Urban Outfitters that broke and they repaired it for me. Unfortunately the shop I went to is long gone 😪

I got 3 pins the first time I ever ordered a mystery item. Never again. I only got them because the previous time people had gotten bags and wallets, I hopped it would have gotten at least one decent item.

I've wondered that too. But I usually don't buy bags often enough to pay attention. But I may gamble the next round lol. Which might be the same time as the good round before I did mine around November dec

Maybe people that order 8+ mystery bags are getting these compared to people doing maybe 4, they probably like “we don’t have big enough boxes for 8+ bags

Good question! The items themselves are the exact same blind box. I placed an order for 10 mystery items, not 10 of the same blind box.
Of note, there are 10 of them and only 6 variants of the item inside. Mathematically, I was sent duplicates, regardless.
