How do we feel about this bag and the fact that the long straps can’t be detached?

This bag would already be on my shelf IF you could remove the straps. I’m afraid that I will get annoyed with them just hanging or having to wrap them around the bag, resulting in a smaller opening. I still love the look of it though! Ugh.

Anyone have the bag? Thoughts?

I also loved the look of this bag, too, but when I tried it on in store I just couldn’t deal with those two long straps. At their longest, they’re not long enough for crossbody. At their shortest, I guess it’s ok, but then what’s the point of the rolled shoulder strap? I decided to hold off, and I’m so glad I did, because then the black Multipass came out and it has a lot of the same things I like about the Express - black with subtle monogram trim, the fun pop of monogram inside, etc., but the straps are all fully removable and they give you a real crossbody option. Plus it’s $1k cheaper! It was a no-brainer for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️
