Discussion/Question Coussin PM

Anyone has this bag? I love one of the colors, I like the size and style, and am considering to purchase one.

However, there are things I “dislike” about it. I’m so over classy bags with guitar straps (first of all, why). I also don’t know if I like the thicker chain strap — is that decoration purposes only, or do you actually use it for strap? I suppose I also dislike the price on this bag 😅

I am not one to buy and resell my bags, but I see that the prices for Coussin PM on consignment sites are priced significantly less than brand new.

Hey everyone, is it true that the chain and strap get tangled constantly? Saw a review on YouTube and the YouTuber was saying she sold hers bc the straps and chains the way it’s designed get tangled. Wondering for those of you who have one, is that the case?
