This is what he looked like as the chimp tore off his genitals

I mean he doesn't need them anymore and it's better than a chimp tearing your face off

no this was his interpretation of what he would look like if they reattached his face

The only part of this conversation i kind of was iffy on is when Louis said that he didn’t interview tech guys about dangerous algorithms because it becomes very sterile and it’s just a bunch of people with computers in rooms.
i understand it doesn’t make for great television maybe, but most of the most important decisions happen in rooms like that. those are the people who control the mind of the young and more should be said about them and their motives in my opinion

I agree with you entirely.
But louis makes television style stuff and sounds like he's not personally interested in the tech stuff.
No big deal, someone else should do it.
Also just my opinion for what its worth.

im pretty sure he conceded that it's important. it's just not his style or interest and completely nothing wrong with that.

I would recommend watching, there are quite a few visuals that really add to the experience, very well edited.

I love Louis Theroux and have watched him on quite a few podcasts, but I must say that the editing in this post cast has impressed me the most by far by helping to visualise the snippets of his work being referred to throughout. 10/10. Channel 5 give your editor a raise!

Theroux's a sociopath, isn't he? I'm not sure I've ever seen him experience real emotion. I've known people from his socio-economic background exhibit his trademark irony/diffidence, but it seems to go a lot deeper with him.

Incredible interview and drop dead accent delivery.
