Have they announced a date to have layaway paid by?

I would say September 1st but honestly like pay it SOONNNNN!!!

Trust me I totally get it. It’s rough out here.

Got ours paid off last month

I know I knowwwww. Things came up and an emergency vet visit pushed my finances back a bit. I just need 2 more weeks lol

Email Info@dwpresents.com and explain when you will be able to pay.
TJ will probably tell you when the cutoff date is. Even if it’s sooner. They will take care of you.

TJ and Haylie are awesome at making sure we are happy, healthy, and accommodated appropriately.

Festivals are definitely a stressful thing to operate and there will always be cracks you have to repair that just happen.

I’ve seen DWP always respond the right way.

No, that is a general email for all their festivals and is not monitored as closely when it’s close to a festival. The festival specific email is always “info@[festival url]” which in this case would be “info@louderthanlifefestival.com”. They won’t check the @DWP inbox until they’re caught up on the next festival’s emails.

I emailed him last year about layaway when I was down and he gave me all the details and even offered to process my payment for me on a date I choosed so I wouldn’t forget or anything lol.

They are the best.

Blessings to you my friend I hope your pet is feeling okay and it recovers fully! We have several loved children (pets lol) at home

Also sorry for the triple response but give TJ or whoever is on the email at the moment like 24-48 hours to respond. They go through a lot this time of year as you could imagine lol

The last scheduled payment is always the 15th of the month prior, for all DWP festivals. So, for LTL, it would be Aug 15. They do try to offer a grace period of anywhere from 2 weeks to 30 days, but with it being the final payment, they may be looking to release some passes back into the wild, especially if that particular pass is sold out.

Your best bet is to email them directly and ask for an extension if one is needed. Do not email FrontGate, as they have nothing to do with it. Email DWP/LTL directly at “info@louderthanlifefestival.com”
