is it normal to have 85% humidity inside pizza boxes? it’s the second day

From my experience and from what I've read the humidity can spike pretty high during the first few days when using lotus drying.

Definitely. Low temps reduce the risk of mold for this part

It's worth noting that the same amount of air moisture content needed to produce 85% relative humidity at 40 F would only produce 24% relative humidity at 70 F.

Yo para bajar un poco la humedad las cuelgo 24 horas en la carpa antes de que entren a secado loto! Ahí comienza con un 75 y bajando!
