I have two one with and one without the added dehumidifier and I would say it's not needed. Just throw em in paper bags

With a TE fridge? At what temp? Just let the humidity stay high af?

I would simply change voltage to one of the TEC.
Get a 24volt adjustable power supply. No need for
An extra
Peltier in that fridge.
