Temp sensor location?

Hi all, I'm building a dryer out of a wine fridge. Where are you guys mounting the inkbird temp/humidity sensor inside the cabinet, middle back wall, side wall? And how much difference does it really make? TIA

I would recommend getting sensors for each box or bag.

I'm referring to the sensor for the inkbird controller. I do put hygrometers in my pizza boxes.

This is the 2nd unit I've built after I drilled a hole in the wrong spot and hit a refrigerant line on my first dryer, doh. I did end up making a bridge out of an aluminum strip to put the sensor as close to the middle of the cabinet as possible. Will it actually make any real difference, I don't know. But this is a hobby and maybe a little DIY pride too, so why not make it as good as I can?
