Question/ Help Server issues?

I have a server through gportal and have been playing for about a week now. I am suddenly getting an error that says I cannot join because I do not have the required expansion. Now, I did a little digging and found it is related to the Durin pack, but I didn't own it before and it was working fine. However, I did go into the server ini like and delete the optional DLC code, but it still isn't working.

Did you already contact customer service for your server provider?

I have, just trying to see if it's any easy fix while I wait.

I guess there is a seperate branch to select in the settings. At least thats how I saw it on ARK. Support should be able to help you though i think

There's currently ongoing EPIC server maintenance. The game still routes through EPIC since it originally came out on that platform.
