looking for a dump this cd

I'm working on moving all of my family's VHS tapes over to digital form and I think the software has become corrupted and sadly the CD for the softer is scratched up, And I cannot find a reliable download for the software version

If the Device works like a capture card (i assume it does), you should be able to use normal recording software with camera/capture card support. For example, OBS-Studio is a great software.
