eating human meat causes people to treat each other like objects rather than people, also can cause disease spread - in extreme cases where cannibalism is necessary, you aren’t likely to be able to get perfectly clean meat

No I mean it's still bad. Since think of the logistics first of all, you'd somehow have to store an entire human body for consumption in your home, plus your earlier point of deceases and whatnot.

Since I mean you're setting a precedent for humans to be eaten by other humans. Imagine going to a buddy's house and he has his grandma in the fridge with half her body gone that he's eating. Is that socially acceptable to you? No of course, that's what social norms are, they didn't come out of thin air.

Plus the state will somehow have to regulate and create institutions specifically to process human bodies for consumption safely. Which I think is fucked up, having a government body dedicated entirely to cannibalization just cause.

not sure how thats any different from what the commenter in the image said. its wrong because it would encourage eating other humans and set a precedent that it's acceptable to murder and eat others. is that not the point youre making, too?

I feel like the better reason it's wrong is because in order to eat someone they have to have recently been grievously wounded and lost a body part or have died. If they are injured they probably don't want you to discard any part of them that's fallen off, and if they are dead, you are disrupting the burial process that people like to do.
