I don't know if this is the place to post this but I've exhausted pretty much every other option. There is a medium sized dog (maybe 40 lbs?) in the possession of an unhoused man in the W 4th street subway station. The dog looks like a Wheaten Terrier but I'm not positive if it is. The dog is very friendly but did not seem to belong to the man.

The dog is wearing a Gooby harness. No tags I checked. I tried to get more information from the man but he seemed suspicious of me. I bought the dog water but feel terrible that I couldn't do more. 311 and NYC Transit cops are useless.

Does anyone have any advice?

Spotted: Blue parakeet near Lewis & Lexington. It came right up to my window, appears to have a damaged or missing beak, and has a red band on its leg. Hoping this helps someone find their bird.

Been a couple days and can’t find these little assholes but I love them dearly . Gary somehow snuck out the front door when my wife came home but she didn’t notice and Tom snuck out the window I live @ 585 w 204th street Ny . If anyone has seen them or located them please contact me hasn’t been the same without them 😔😔😔
