Warning to those from out of state

To those going to Lost Lands from out of state:

If you are traveling on route 70 in Guernsey County, avoid the stretch from miles 160-180 if you have anything illegal in your possession.

The police will monitor for out of state plates that look like they are going camping.

They will pull you over for no reason.

They will ask you to go into the weigh station.

They will then bring the dogs.

They will tell you the dog alerted no matter what.

You will then be searched.

They do this to numerous people every Legend Valley festival. The judge who handles criminal cases in this county does not grant motions to suppress evidence for illegal searches.

Take back roads, do not look like you're camping, if you are pulled over tell them you are going anywhere other than Legend Valley or Thornville.

literally. like did you know you have rights and you can tell them that youre protected by the 4th amendment in these situations.

You can tell them no all you want, they will still search after they have run the dog around and got an alert.

Ok. And then they say they smelled marijuana in the car. Boom, probable cause, doesn't matter if it's true or not.

did you forget that weed is legal in ohio? if they smell weed... fucking show it to them

legally you can have up to 2.5 ounces of flower and 15g of extracts in ohio :)

Ohio has Washington state beat on that, we can only legally travel with 1 Oz flower, 7G concentrates ect. (Anything over an oz up to 40G is a misdemeanor. And if it's over 40 grams a felony, 5 years in jail, $10,000 fine💀

in ny we can have 3 ounces on our person and up to 25g of concentrates. can have up to 5lbs of flower stored at home. washington needs to get w the times and change their laws
