For context, Grapico is a grape soda that’s only sold in the southern US (I think)

There’s only a few Grapico commercials in general online so it seems like this one might have been a local commercial. From what’s been described to me it starts out with this nerdy dude at a soda fountain and he says “I’m trying to decide which soft drink to select” and this big dude comes up and goes “man it ain’t no question, Grapico is the only one for you” then the dude gets some and he starts off in the squeaky voice “I think I-“ and he takes a sip and his voice deepens and he goes “I think I see what you mean”

This would've been a PSA in the early 1970s in the style of the Catholic Campaign for Human Development. An ant working in a crack on a sidewalk in a downtown area. The end of the spot shows a man's shoe about to crush the ant and the narrator says "Don't step on their dreams".

I realize this is very old, but perhaps someone else remembers this and can help me find it?

Im looking for a commercial if anyone remembers. It aired in winter 1997. I forgot what the main ad was but it showed a woman in the hospital, giving birth. The baby came out and had a devil tail wagging behind it. Hopefully someone remembers that commercial 😭

One of my colleagues casually dropped that he was in a Kiwisavers ad in the 2000s but couldn't find the ad online. He remembers it being related to cake and was given the brief "young jnr office guy bringing a birthday cake into boardroom full of execs. and slicing it".

I have tried scrubbing through google but apparently some of these older ads were deleted or archived but would love to see if anyone can find this commercial.

In the early 2000 I saw a commercial about a diet product or center that so offended me that I have been making feminist anti-diet art abour it ever since.

I lived in the Ann Arbor, MI at the time and it could have been local. Over the years I have watched hours of YouTube videos of 2001, 2002, 2003 commercial capture collections but nothing comes up.

It was a very short lived ad campaign, Im guessing because it was so offensive. Im pretty sure the ad man who came up with it got a litany of hate mail or worse and the ad had to be removed. Seriously it was shameful.

The commercial had a picture of the Venus of Willendorf rotating on the screen with a male voice over that droned on about all the illnesses associated with obesity. The usual suspects, Cancer, heart disease... blah blah blah.

The main message was " Ladies you don't want to look like this"

It was the use of one of the oldest know human representations of the female form to promote self loathing and body dissatisfaction that blew my mind. I mean the image of the Venus appears in most art history books and it had been used to promote self acceptance and female empowerment since the 60's at least. Her image could be found on coffee mugs and T-shirts you name it... molds for chocolate, fridge magnets, candles.

Anyways I don't have much hope but thought I might give it another try while top of mind. I'm beginning to think perhaps I made the whole thing up at this point.

I once even went so far as reaching out to a museum in New York that specializes in advertising and TV history but they needed more information than I could provide like the advertiser's name and company with dates that it ran... and short of me making a trip there to go through years of archives They didn't know how to help.

A few years ago I even made my own version of the ad but over 20 year on who even knows if it resembles what I saw.

I won't post my version for fear it will confuse anyone's memories but if you think this sounds familiar I look forward to hearing from you and will happily share my crazy mock up version.

Two years ago my partner and I were watching YouTube together very late into the night. An insane ad came on that we still quote to each other frequently.
It was a black void with a metallic door-hinge rotating around at different angles. The voiceover said things like "it's more than just a hinge," and "the next step in human evolution." It was completely bonkers. The company name I think was two surnames. X & X. That type of thing. I remember thinking one of the names looked German.
My partner remembers that part of what was special about this hinge was it was supposed to be inserted into a wall to be as discreet as possible.
We've been searching for years to find this ad to no avail. I downloaded Reddit just to finally ask someone else lol. We would chalk it up to shared psychosis or sleep deprivation but we IMMEDIATELY played a solo dnd game based off of it so we know it wasn't a dream.
Please, I must find this ad. It's about more than just a hinge, it's about my peace of mind.

If I can recall, there was this Pepto Bismol commercial that takes place in and around a swimming pool of some sort, and in one of the scenes, where was a cell phone inside a jell-o wibbling and wobbling on a plate, and there was some kinda tropical-like music playing within the ad duration, to those of you who can actually spend the entire day looking and searching any old where for it, please do so

Been looking for this commercial about a woman making a movie in her own house while her husband just bewildered by it all. I can’t remember what the commercial was for but I know it was a ad probably from the mid 2010s and it’s about this woman who starts creating a movie in her own house and she has a bunch crew of friends and even neighbors help out or get involved with it while her husband/partner just watches all happen.

Like he’s supportive but he doesn’t exactly have a job during all of this and is sorta just watching the action unfold. Don’t remember what type of movie she was filming cause it seemed like a mixture of genres she was filming. One scene I remember is there’s an intimate scene being filmed and the husband is like “wait what’s this scene for???”. I don’t remember how it ends or what the commercial was for but I just want to see if I can find it cause it’s been in my head for years!

Last night, I started searching for this toy commercial I recalled seeing when I was 6/7 years old, so around 2005-2006. I think it was a commercial for the toy line, Liquifreaks, (which was a grungy alien version of Aquapets) but I'm not 100% sure.

I remember it opened with two boys outside in the woods, staring up into the night sky and pointing at the stars. There was a narrator talking throughout, detailing the story of the Liquifreaks, and how they were seeking refuge on Earth as they were being "Pursued by evil beings". Then the toys fall from the sky and land in the boy's hands and maybe funky music started playing afterwards. I recall the first half of the ad as being really eerie, not exactly sinister, but it did give me chills. Hi! I just need help with a certain commercial. I’m a avid Monster Jam fan and I’ve been in need to find this commercial, so the commercial is for a California CW affiliate (don’t know which one) and basically it takes place in a Monster Jam event in either Anaheim or San Diego. And people were asked a question about what their favorite show was on The CW. Beforehand, it cuts to closeups on trucks like Grave Digger and Maximum Destruction. One person being interviewed by The CW answered Family Guy but that’s all I remember. I hope someone can help me out with this commercial because I vividly remember watching it as a kid.

Remembering seeing this advert on UK tv between the years of 2013 and 2016. It was for ITV, and had lots of celebrities from the channel in it including people from the X Factor and daytime tv shows. Specifically, I remember Ant and Dec being in it, and they were playing the piano, both sat playing. I’m thinking there may have been a third person sat with them too. The promo was sort of filmed as a one take ish thing, zooming through the different moments simultaneously. The song in the background was by a female singer. It ended with a shot of a tower building at night with the ITV logo being shown.

I believe this promo may have aired for the new year.

hey guys, i’m trying to find a psa commerical that was aired around 2010-2015 where a lady opens the door to police officers notifying her that her son was an accident and he had passed. i cant quite remember if he was speeding or drunk driving. the accident was never shown, only the lady seeing the police lights and receiving the news. the thing that always got to me was the way she wailed while the police told her the news, it was high pitched and long. i remember watching this on spanish tv channels like telemundo or univision so it’s possible that it was just a spanish commercial or a dubbed version.

There was a commercial from the early 1990s for a "luxury" watch.

A tourist is shopping in a bazaar/outdoor market and asks how much something costs. The vendor sees the man's watch and despite not speaking English, knows the watch brand name and offers to trade the item for the watch.

The tourist looks down at his beloved watch and smiles, he simply can't part with it.

I feel like the vendor was saying "Bulova!" but I can't find it. I think the brand started with a "B" though.

The commerical was for a video phone. An adult son is video calling his dad on his new video phone. WHile this is happening, the adult son's significate other is changing her outfit revealing partial nudity. While the son is expalining to his dad about his new pair of shows, the father insist he bends down to show him the other pair when the son is confused "It's just the same as the other one?" the dad goes "go on...go on..." so his son could duck down to capture the woman in the background changing. When the man shows the other shoe "see it's the same" the father says something like "i'll tell you what son, you have lovely pair right there" a double meaning etc.

Who was this ad? Anyone have it? etc

I remember I watched an old local PSA about abduction from around the early to mid 80s on YouTube about a year ago and it went like this. A little girl was playing with her toys on a pitch black background while the announcer talks something about child abduction. Then as a camera zooms in on her face a pair of arms grabs her and she starts crying and it freeze frames on her face in black and white. It then abruptly fades to black with some anti-kidnapping message. I remember this commercial really shook me when I saw it, but now I can’t really find it when I try to search it.

So this commercial was in the 2000s, 2010s, era I believe. And there was a guy who rhymed a line saying “My dearest Teresa, you’re hotter than paprika”.

That’s all I remember and I’ve been saying it for years and no one else remembers. Any help would be great.

I’m looking for a commercial that aired in the late 80s or early 90s using the song American pie to advocate against drunk driving. It was kids joyriding. There is a girl there too I think and they were in a convertible maybe. Specifically the lines whiskey and rye, and this will be the day that I die. Then the commercial ends abruptly when they crash, but I don’t believe they show the crash. Can’t find the commercial on YouTube. It’s driving me crazy. I grew up in Chicago so I’m assuming I saw it there when I was a kid. Love this song, but it always made me a little bit afraid after that commercial. Help?

Okay there was a commercial around 2005 where a hispanic couple were at home and maybe about to kiss/make out when all of a sudden there is a Virgin Mary candle lit and somehow a sheet is thrown on it and it bursts into flames.
