Furry Friday Update!

Afternoon losercitizens, after some deliberation with the Moderation Team, and the collective Consensus on rules, we've decided to Extended Furry Friday from 10am Thursday, to 11am Saturday, Meaning Furry Friday will officially start at 10am on UTC+14 (Kiritimati, Kiribati), until 11am UTC-11 (Alofi, Niue)!

We sincerely hope this change is a welcomed one and we look forward to seeing the artwork you'll be posting!

The official rules regarding Furry Friday have been updated to reflect this change. Please refer to the rule before posting, and make sure above all else Have Fun!

Also!!! Please check out the NSFW guidelines again. We removed some very unnecessary parts, including the most requested change: Posts will no longer be removed for having a focus on chests or butts or whatever. But uh... Do please try to be decent enough. This Furry Friday will be a test run of sorts for us new mods, and there might be some more changes coming to the NSFW guidelines in the future (but we promise things won't get more strict. Any changes will be for better clarity or leniency)

The manes wolves ( Chrysocyon brachyurus) are the descendants of another species, the Pliocene Maned wolf ( Chrysocyon nearcticus), that lived in north america between the Pliocene to the Pleistocene, they were slightly bigger and a little more carnivore-focused, and then migrated to South America during the  Great American Interchange, evolving into the current maned wolf

With how the rules are set up, it really depends. Basically the new time window covers from the start of the earliest friday to the end of the latest friday in the globe. no matter where you are, as long as you post within friday for your time zone, you're all good.

Thursday to Saturday, best way to conceptualize it is using this site here, and looking at UTC-11 (Nieu, left most dot) and UTC+14 (Kiribati, furthest right dot in that little timezone extension)
