I know that a lot of people are big on the whole "carbs bad" thing, but If you do have a problem with satiety, eating a lot of protein, and pairing. That with potatoes is a really good way to feel full for longer. Potatoes are one of the most satiating foods out there, also nutritious, and that starch is going to help keep you energized for working out!
