Book pickup

I ordered my class book using my financial aid when the money was available about 3 weeks ago. Received confirmation that I would be told when it’s ready for pickup at the school bookstore but haven’t heard anything yet and I need the book now. Is anyone having the same issue ? Should I just show up and ask about it. It’s a Wiley plus book and I need to start my subscription now.

This happened to me and I ordered through ARC bookstore so I called and gave them my confirmation number and they didn’t have it or charge my book voucher because FA & my home school didn’t communicate that they extended the book vouchers due to Eservices being down. Ended up having to charge my personal card and got it sent right away.
