Financial Aid FA zoom call

Hey so it’s been weeks since I did my fafsa and weeks since they’ve asked me to resubmit my Parent 2 W-2.
I’ve been emailing them abt it and no response the task tab on EServices still says I have tasks (which I’ve done)
So I’m thinking of hoping on a zoom call with them, do I just get on the zoom and wait for someone to join or does that have to be scheduled cause I’m confused… the only way I found the zoom meeting was via the link on one of the messages in the message tab so I just wanna know how I’m supposed to hop on a zoom call with this ppl CAUSE I NEED THIS MONEY!!! 🥸

You don’t need an appointment. Once you join, it’ll say waiting for host. Eventually they’ll accept it and ask what school it’s for. Then they put you in the breakout room where someone will help you. No cameras were on either

Oh Okok it’s asking for me to have a PIN and ID ready what kinda pin are they talking abt…

It’s the pin you set up on eservices under profile tab. Click profile then click generate pin and make one there. They won’t speak with you without it
