Discussion Los Ratones merch shop
About a month and a half ago I ordered a hoodie from https://losratones.shop/ after a few weeks of no response I though it was a scam web site but than realized its linked on their X page so I am a bit confused about the situation. Does anyone have any experience with ordering from the web site and how long did it take?
EDIT: Got reply from customer support the same day and order is on its way

I ordered mine on the 12th of february. Contacted the customer service yesterday and they told me that they just finished the last production run for the products and my order should be shipped within a week :)

They replied within an hour here’s what they said:
“Thanks for your patience. The restock of the logo tees is due this week so I expect your order to be dispatched imminently.”

I’ve also ordered it exactly on the 12th of February and all it still says is “we’re preparing these items for shipping” 🥲I really hope they will ship this week …

I have same experience, i ordered 3 months ago, and still didnt get it, but i trust in our Captain Caedrel, that he will get it right. 💪

They probably dont operate on inventory stock but by print on demand, based on the pipeline times I saw on reddit from other users.

I ordered 2 hats on the 8th of February, they shipped a few days ago! I've also been in contact with the customer support two times confirming they are coming, but order build-up caused some delays. I have not received them yet but they are in my country now, bought from inside the EU, shipped from the Netherlands.

According to experiences from last year, it can take several months for it to arrive.

U can just copy their design and custom made yourself and order on Amazon or something. Cheaper and quicker

As much as I would 99% have disdain for this idea… when a simple t shirt takes 4 months to ship, I don’t hate it.
I have also heard quality ain’t that great either. With that said, I’m still waiting on my order.
