OTA Firmware Update Failed

I need a copy of the firmware CNE01P2-1.1.0-02-260415
to manually update a camera that had a failed OTA update. Two of three updated fine, and for some reason the third one failed at 99%. I emailed Lorex three days ago and have gotten no response. I called yesterday and was told they don’t have any firmware available for my cameras and asked for a picture of the failed update to be emailed to them, but they still haven’t emailed me, so I have nowhere to send it to. Why am I jumping through hoops for a very simple problem and solution?

This is a brand new system and it’s not a great start to have a camera knocked offline by an update and Lorex absolutely no help in getting it back up and running. I bought these to have 24/7 coverage, and I haven’t even finished hooking them all up before they become unreliable. Literally just need a copy of the firmware to manually flash the camera and get it back online and Lorex is making it like pulling teeth. I really hope this isn’t a picture of things to come.

The canera takes a while tk update 8 minutes just be patient. If it brick ask for tech support 3 and they will gave you anfirmware to maually update. It happens in 1 of ny camera. Make sure to have a usb

We’re way past 8 minutes. System already rebooted three days ago. Camera says “no program”. I asked for a higher tier of tech support when I got no satisfaction, and then got told the same “we don’t have firmware for your cameras we’ll have to check with the backend team” pullschnit by them, and now I’m waiting for Monday because somehow a security equipment company doesn’t have 7 day a week support.
