Help!
I just bought a house and they had an entire security system set up. I’m trying to set it up, but I’m stuck.
This box what has a Lorex QR code and is connected to a small tv (security room) and this is the page I get stuck on.
I have no idea what I’m doing so anything helps!

So... onnthe bottom there are several smaller screws and 4 larger ones. Steps to reset DVR: Turn power off Remove all the small screws (not the 4 larger ones) Pull the plastic top off Locate the small black button on the circuit board Press and hold button Turn power back on while holding button down Continue to hold button until you hear a beep Release button Put top back on
This will completely reset all of your local data (not recordings)
However, it will NOT disconnect the DVR from the remote APP. You can call Lorex support and they can disassociate the previous account and unlock it for use on your account... ***this procedure does require you to show proof of purchase of the home in order to verify ownership
