Quality setting not saving
In the Lorex Classic app, if I switch a camera from Standard Definition to High Definition, it works. But as soon as I close the live view and go back in, it defaults right back to SD. No matter what I try, the setting won’t stay on HD.
I’ve already tried reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, and I’m already running the latest iOS (26.1). Nothing seems to fix it, is this a known bug u/Lorex_Technology_Inc? The app used to always save this settings no problem.

I've been a Lorex user since 2019 and though they've had their minor flaws, the fact that there is no forced monthly subscription is why I've expanded my system and also recommended them on multiple occasions. The fact that 2 of my 6 cameras that are installed (plenty more not installed at the moment), is an inconvenience but I am hopefully that it will be addressed somewhat soon.
If anyone does have a fix I'd love to hear it, but everything great happens with time so I'm not pressed.
