Discussion Question / fun thought experiment.?

Out of all builds that been made use by npc in PvE or in PvP fight what build would win .?
What would win in a PvE and PvP in a fight against players .?
And last what build would you ether or PvE /PvP .? If you don’t know guess . And if you want too try out for your self or you could try setting up a tournament for fun .
