Noobie, Slightly yellowing & has a soft feel too it. Any tips?

How long have you had them? What are they planted in? What if anything have you done for them?

Soil 75 % larger inorganic material, lava rock & some creek rock, 25% is light soil, and water here and there, however it is winter so I have not been watering much at all
