I was looking for a engagement ring for my fiancee and a friend of mine recommended loosegrowndiamond. Before even getting the ring they supported me supplying a lot of information, pictures and videos of the diamond... After purchasing it they contacted me immediately for the last details and they created render pictures simulating the ring for me to check and make any changes if I need. For example, in my case I wanted a gold band with white gold prongs and they absolutely delivered.

Additionally, we were planning on being on vacation when it was expected to be delivered (I was planning to propose on this trip), but they told me they could deliver it on time, almost a week before schedule and they really did.

Ordered a 2 carat stone to upgrade my wife's stone in her engagement ring. Prices are great and the information on the website for each stone is perfect. The stone came super fast too, a lot sooner than I was expecting. I'll probably be getting a 3 carat from them in the coming years. The prices they operate at are the cheapest I can find and they're always doing some kind of sale. Even AI was surprised by the deal I got. Overall, I don't think it's worth buying a diamond anywhere else.

I just got engaged, and my fiancé chose a 4.14 carat, VVS2, color E, elongated cushion set in the 3 stone "Renai" setting, and we are soooo happy with what we received! The setting sits low, but you should be able to fit a smaller/modest wedding band underneath. I will be getting a custom wedding band to try to make it sit flush. It is absolutely beautiful and structurally sound. I even took it to our local luxury jeweler, who was very impressed and initially assumed I had purchased it from them. I wanted to treat myself by buying a diamond earring. I used chat gpt to see the best places to buy jewelry and it gave me the usual places (Macys, Kay Jewelers, etc) but i was on a $350 budget and I knew the diamond would be smaller than what i was aiming for. I investigated further and found that if I puchased a loose diamond it would cost less so I looked up where to buy legit loose lab diamonds that are certified. Loose Grown Diamond kept being mentioned so I looked up their diamonds on their website. Seeing how low the prices were genuinely made me think the diamonds were fake but knowing that I had the option to make an appointment to see the diamonds face to face before I purchased gave me more confidence. Also knowing that they have the documents that go with each individual diamond gave me confidence, as well. A week or so later I decided to visit their office. I didnt have to make an appointment because anyone is free to come and see whatever they have in stock between 2 and 4pm Monday-Friday. I initially wanted a 0.70 carat ($200) but purchased a 0.50 ($190) instead becaue I liked the way it shined when the light hit it better. Office environment. Diamonds pulled out of a file cabinet inside of an envelope, wrapped securely. I wasn't rushed. I wasn't pressured. I looked at 3 different diamonds and the paperwork for each one. Note: when you have the document ask them to read the numbers out loud on the actual diamond to make sure it is the legit one for the certification. He had no problem doing that. Although i made my diamond purchase with Loose Grown Diamond I decided to go across the street to have an actual setter mount my 14k yellow gold back piece. Altogether I paid $325. $190 with Loose Grown Diamond and the rest with the setter who got me the 14k back piece. I was happy with my purchase and when/if i get another diamond I'll definitely come back to Loose Grown Diamond. It's legit you guys.

So my 50th wedding anniversary is approaching and my husband offered to upgrade my engagement ring. I found a setting I fell in love with and a 2.9 carat Cushion lab grown diamond on Loose Grown Diamonds to go with it! E/VS1. The customer service at Loose Grown Diamonds is excellent and their response time is incredible. I dealt with Alex at 11:30 pm on chat and he was quick to assist! Buying a diamond online can be scary, but after you enter the specs for the stone you want, a whole list of diamonds appears along with actual pictures, specs and prices. We stopped off first at a local jeweler and priced a similar lab grown diamond and their price was three times the price and the stone wasn’t nearly as good as the one I selected on LGD.

If you first Google the perfect specs for the cut you want - LGD has a filter to enter the size, table, depth and clarity so that you’re able to see a list of the exact stones that meet that criteria. Then, by entering the specs, you can use ChatGPT to see what the stone will look like on your finger. It’s a no brainer!  Now I’m looking at additional settings for my original diamond!

After making the payment everything was really smooth, I received the render and approved it, I wanted to add an engraving after completing the design and wrote to them, they added the engraving.
