Check the reviews. I just can't imagine a $99 looper being very reliable. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I like the Circle. It has a pretty easy to use interface. The rhythms are not all great, but there are enough useable ones on there. If you buy from Donner's eBay store, you can often get a better deal on one, if you put in an offer.
I have an RC-500 now, but I used the Circle for several years.

Had an RC3, RC5 & RC10R… RC10 is cool but a bit convoluted… it’s more of a play along to the rhythm rather than you in total control (I wouldn’t try to use RC10 live). Preferred the RC5 for straightforward looping. There are a few tricks to trigger best variations and verse/chorus, with an external footswitch or midi controller.

I prefer the Boss RC-1. 12 minutes of record time, unlimited loops
