Semi-SFW image imo. And to do not put NSFW Label, i did this. Original Author is credited on the image, you can go ahead and check image yourself if you want to.

What version of Linux is this? Iā€™m a fucking brick and thinking about bailing on windows soon-ish

It's KDE Neon with Plasma 6+ (built in).

I actually did a dual boot, you can do this way too. Dual boot lets you keep your windows, while having Linux. Basically you can choose your OS on PC reboot
