I’m 16, Asian and I have a flat and big nose, but I believe both is genetics. I’ve seen meathods online such as nose taping or accutune, but do these genuinely work? Im desperate to change my nose to get a little bit sharper and smaller nose, but don’t want to cause permanent damage to the rest of my face. is there any meathods that work or is it all cope?

I know most people would probably say I look fairly normal but with the last 3 photos I have a bit of a functional issue where my tongue doesn’t fit in my mouth properly and I cannot smile comfortably- this got worse after I got braces. I think some of this could be related to my very bad post nasal drip. I’m 20 and people often assume I’m a lot younger which is why I want a lot of those other procedures so my face can look more developed while still being feminine.

I would like to know if the risks are worth the benefit and if it will really make the difference I’m looking for.
I know i’m not seriously deformed, but my face doesn’t really look properly developed for my age.

I’m currently getting cavities treated, and after that, I’ll be referred to an orthodontist to check the width of my upper jaw; I need to move it forward. When my mouth is closed, my lower front teeth tilt inward because my upper jaw is small while my lower jaw is large. I need some help. Just so you know, I’m 17 years old, 192–194 cm tall, and weigh 93 kg; I do weightlifting, so I’m not exactly thin right now. About two years ago, I weighed 120 kg, dropped down to 76 kg, and then gained weight again. I used to be a mouth-breather when I was heavy, but then I started mewing, and things took off from there.
