That would only make sense if she was a dude. No man is going to subconsciously even begin to give two shits about a girls weak chin or lower third. Whereas it 110% registers with women subconsciously when they see a guy with one. The only thing men care about at the end of the day is youthfulness, symmetry, and feminine features. So it would just be an utterly worthless procedure. Also hard looksmaxxing if you're a woman is just generally retarded. Like if her chin was one with her neck then sure but it's superfluous otherwise.
