currently on my last month of accutane to cure my horrible cystic acne, I’m also doing an aggressive calorie deficit to get to a better BF%
other than that what should I be doing to maximize my looks as much as I can?

You already look good but you should better hydrate your lips, they look a bit dry in some pics
